SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR

Business Support Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator who will support the RobotLAB team from quoting to orders, from customer portals to robot integration with Cloud Management Software, and over to integrating with various systems that are connected with our Salesforce instance. (such as QuickBooks, HubSpot, ClickUp, etc.)

In this position you will be working directly with end users and management. The candidate will configure and test Salesforce based features, drive adoption of existing functionality, and support process and technology projects in an agile environment working with our global robot fleet and partners.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • “Own” our Salesforce instance and integrations in and out of the org
  • Provide technical support for internal users
  • Develop flows, integrations, write APEX procedures, salesforce apps, and customize our SFDC
  • End user training and development of training documentation
  • Work with technical teams and internal stakeholder groups to document requirements and rollout new technologies and processes in support of the business
  • Be a resident Salesforce expert and administrator for the business
  • Work within a team atmosphere to support the global business

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as a Salesforce administrator; Salesforce Service Cloud experience required
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA)
  • Platform Developer II (PDII)
  • Preference given to Administrator or integrator experience with one or more of QuickBooks, HubSpot, ClickUp, Heroku, Docusign
  • Proven experience working APEX and multiple integrations
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical stories
  • Team oriented, pragmatic, motivated, and goal oriented
  • Naturally curious and a very logical mind
  • A good understanding of process design and mapping
  • A willingness to dig into the details to understand issues (ask the “five why”s)
  • Adaptable, able to quickly move into new situations and build relationships
  • Experience working in the B2B SaaS industry preferred
  • Self starter
  • Solid understanding of all salesforce objects
  • Strong trouble shooting and issue resolution
  • This is a full time position, at our office in Southlake, TX.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
