Craig Tyler

Director of Franchise Success

Craig spent over a decade helping an emerging franchise develop its procedures and processes as they expanded their footprint and worked to support their franchisees. He considers himself a lifelong learner and recently completed his Doctorate in Business Administration, focusing his dissertation on franchisee satisfaction. When he is not working, he is likely shuttling around one of the kids to sports or extracurricular activities. Between the 5 kids it’s certainly a second job!

Shanda Machado

Franchise Coordinator

Shanda is a former Floridian who left the Sunshine State for new adventures in Texas. She has over 20 years of administration and marketing experience. When not working, Shanda enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters and is always up for a movie night.

Michelle Ames

Franchise Development Specialist

With over two decades of experience in franchise administration, franchise business development, and consulting, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Having also owned her own businesses, including being a franchisee herself, she understands the intricacies of entrepreneurship. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, daughter, and their beloved pets. An avid equestrian, she competes in dressage, showcasing her passion for excellence in all endeavors.

Samantha Wilson

Franchise Success Manager

Samantha is a dedicated Franchise Success Manager with a passion for driving growth and operational excellence. With a background in business development, training, and customer success, Samantha excels at building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. She is committed to empowering franchise owners to achieve their business goals and maximize their potential. When not supporting franchisees she is an avid cruiser who loves to travel and spend time with family.

Sam Latouche

Franchise Success Manager

Sam has worked in the Hospitality, Franchise, and IT industries for nearly 20 years. He possesses extensive knowledge of the 'Internet of Things' (IOT), leveraging technology to drive, manage, and sustain business success. Sam has been at the forefront of implementations, both internationally and locally.

David Nix

General Manager of Franchise

David has spent the majority of his career developing and deploying successful commercial sales and marketing strategies in the hospitality space. He has now turned his passion towards bringing robotics and automation to businesses and organizations across all of Fort Worth and Tarrant County.

Peyton Paulette

Studio Training Manager

Peyton has an M.F.A. in Cinematography and has an extensive background in feature filmmaking, content creation, commercials, and animation. He has created content for a variety of clients ranging from commercial construction to lifestyle brands.

Michael Buikema

Training Manager

Michael served in the Marine Corps from 2003 until 2017 specializing in logistics, training, and operations, Michael is happily married and has a blended family of four beautiful daughters. He is the Training Manager at RobotLAB and will provide training videos for our robots and other various items.

RJ Andersen

Franchise Development Specialist

RJ grew up in the franchise world with his family being a franchisee with a number of regional and national restaurant brands in the DFW area. His experience “sitting on every side of the table” gives him a very unique perspective. He has 15+ years of experience primarily working with emerging franchise brands. He has worked at the unit level operating as a franchisee, as well as on the corporate level for franchisors. RJ has spent the last 7 years in a franchise development role which is his passion and where he finds joy in growing brands and delivering the dream of entrepreneurship. Outside of work, RJ loves spending time with his family, friends, soon to be fiancée, and their 2 dogs. He is also an avid Dallas sports fan, loves to golf, and enjoys traveling all over the world.

Cedric Vaudel

VP of Sales

From his previous roles in Sales and Marketing at IBM, Sage UK, and Softbank Robotics, Cedric has gained strong experience in the Education Industry by being involved in the launch of various disruptive technologies.

Amy George

K-12 Account Manager

Amy covers/assists K-12 schools and individuals with a passion for robotics, STEAM, and technology. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her son, friends, family, and dog.

Michael Patterson

Business Development Manager

Michael has over a decade of experience in sales, training, and community development. After serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Nicaragua, he worked in project management, recruitment, and fundraising for major nonprofits. In 2021, he transitioned into tech sales and earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington. Outside of helping businesses optimize with automation, Michael enjoys traveling, gardening, and going to the movies with his wife, Kathya, and their two pets.

Vanessa Ortega

Vanessa is a Robotics engineer in love with technology business development, involving the education and corporate sectors throughout the Latin American region. Vanessa is proactive and with a great sense of teamwork, focused on results and with a strong interest in constructive leadership. She has a great interest in constant learning, complementing her engineering profile with management and project development skills focused on the new technologies sector.

Andreina Sanabria

Andreina is an industrial engineer with experience in sales, marketing, and strategy. She is passionate about her work, enjoys challenges, and likes to learn about trends and new technologies. She always seeks to generate the best solution for both her clients and the company, considering their needs and business growth.

Ron McCall

B2B Sales Manager - Healthcare & Assisted Living

Ron, who hails from Ogden, Utah, relocated to the Dallas-Fort Worth area six years ago after living in NYC for fifteen years. With over two years of experience in the robotics field and more than 20 years of sales expertise, he is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to his customers. Outside of work, Ron finds joy in traveling, exploring the outdoors, and cherishing quality moments with his family.

Matt Lopez

B2B Sales Manager - Restaurants & Entertainment

Matt is a happily married dad of three young boys. He loves spending time outside hiking, mountain biking, camping and sitting by a firepit. He loves to travel and see new places as he feels there is much to learn from experiencing other cultures. The world is a big place and he doesn't want to live in a bubble!

Ashley was born and raised in the Mile High City, but she’s found her home in the Lone Star State. She’s spent her career in retail management but is now excited to focus on sales coordination. She's always looking for new challenges and prides herself on a customer experience focus. Ashley enjoys cooking and baking for her family while she is away from the office.

Anna led development for the Israeli Ministry of Education, creating EdTech programs used by schools countrywide. She has been developing RobotLAB's groundbreaking programs that got tremendous recognition from the educational technology community.

Samuel is a well-rounded individual with experience in many industries such as nuclear power, banking software, construction, and the service industry. He enjoys music and sports, both playing and watching, as well as going to the park with his puppy.

Melissa is a multimedia designer, born in Ecuador. She has 10+ years of experience creating visual content. She loves traveling and watching stand-up comedy shows, but mostly she enjoys doing CrossFit. She is ready to be part of the marketing team at RobotLAB.

Paul Knaack

Since 1991, Paul has been working with and managing after-school clubs and youth summer camps and brings his experience to the educational technology community. He also has a unique background from working in the Entertainment industry (Special Effects and Stunts) giving him special “MacGyver” skills to problem solve and create interesting solutions to support problems and projects.

Bryan has spent his career teaching STEM and cares deeply about supporting teachers. Now he is helping RobotLAB advance STEM education. A polymath, he enjoys learning new things and gaining new skills.

Devon Priscilla

Project Manager

Devon has over 20 years of experience in Project Management. His journey started as an Army Veteran, then moved into design, sales and project management for large concerts and events, and on to construction project management. His organizational and communication skills keep our client projects moving from our corporate office in Texas to client locations across the globe.

Justin Bryson

Senior Implementation Manager

Justin comes from an IT management background and is college educated in computer networking and automotive technology. His passions are motorcycles and his robots. He is also a proud father of two with a third on the way!

Steffani Lee

Implementation Manager

Steffani is a native Texan, although she has lived in a couple of other states for a bit but couldn't resist coming back to the great state of Texas! Steffani has worked in both offices and mechanic shops, which has given her a good, rounded work experience, and in her off time she likes to autocross race her Subaru BRZ.

Brent Knaack

Brent helps RobotLAB set up products before shipping them to the customer ensuring they have all the necessary equipment. Brent likes video games and bubble tea!

Aaron Hess

Implementation Manager

Aaron is an implementation manager at RobotLAB that has experience in a multitude of industries including oil & gas. He has been a heavy equipment mechanic and is also a Navy veteran. In his free time, he loves to go hog hunting, watch sports, and spend time with his wife and kids.

Chris Thrailkill

Client Success Account Manager

Christian Thrailkill has previous experience in academia, R&D, hospitality, nonprofit, sales, event coordination, and political organizing. When away from the office, Chris sings for acclaimed rock band Low-Key Colors, writes for various publications, participates in local theater, competes in ballroom dance competitions, and slowly works on his doctorate in comic book studies. He lives with his wife, Courtney, his son, Marco, and his cat, Sondheim.

Mitchell Bergman

Mitchell Bergman is a recent grad of San Francisco State University with a BS in Computer Engineering. He is passionate about robotics and automation and is very enthusiastic about collaborating with all of our partners in education to achieve their goals.

Marcelo Vallejo

Robotics Repair Assistant

Marcelo was born in Ecuador and has a degree in Electronic Engineering. He has worked with computers and phone repairs for over 10 years. He has worked with large companies, giving them solutions to remotely manage their computers and other electronics using MDM solutions, and Apple cloud-based services for business/education. Marcelo is married with two daughters and in his free time, he enjoys playing video games and listening to music.

Erin Au

Customer Success Coordinator

Erin coordinates shipments, works with purchasing, and helps with registration paperwork. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, hiking, and playing with her three cats.

Bailey Lund

Robot Content Studio Specialist

Bailey has previous experience in education, programming, and marketing, bringing her diverse skillset together to design and create optimal user experiences with robots. She loves passing on her knowledge, training others on how to best utilize content management systems to present their story through robots. Keeping within the vein of interactivity, technology, and storytelling, she's also passionate about her hobbies like musical theater and video gaming.

With over ten years of experience in executive support and planning, and known as Elad’s extra hands and feet, Mandy assists our CEO in projects, processes, and people. Before joining us, she supported C-suite executives in hospitality and led and organized city-wide conferences in Texas and the Pacific Northwest. A multi-tasking mama that loves to be outdoors with her son and two dogs.

Dan has nearly a decade of operations and management experience. He helps RobotLAB identify and solve any financial issues and to ensure accurate financial statements and proper historical data documentation. When he's not crunching numbers, you can catch him trying to find the next mouth-watering restaurant, spending time with his dog at the park, or curled up with the cat watching the latest Marvel movie.

Greg Logwinuk

Procurement Specialist

Greg has experience in a multitude of industries including but not limited to Oil & Gas, Insurance, Airline, and Restaurant. Most recently, he worked procurement for a large oil and gas service company buying their bulk diesel, oils, chemicals, and lubricants. Greg enjoys traveling, watching movies, sports, and doing things with his lovely dog, Lucy.

Born and raised in Concord, CA, Carlos has many years of work experience in logistics and customer service. He enjoys using his skills to help companies achieve positive metrics and is a huge team player. Besides work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, playing and watching sports (especially basketball, go Warriors), and spending time with his family, dogs, and friends.
