Before joining us, she supported C-suite executives in hospitality and led and organized city-wide conferences in Texas and the Pacific Northwest. A multi-tasking mama that loves to be outdoors with her son and two dogs.

Craig spent over a decade helping an emerging franchise develop its procedures and processes as they expanded their footprint and worked to support their franchisees. He considers himself a lifelong learner and recently completed his Doctorate in Business Administration, focusing his dissertation on franchisee satisfaction. When he is not working, he is likely shuttling around one of the kids to sports or extracurricular activities. Between the 5 kids it’s certainly a second job!

Shanda is a former Floridian who left the Sunshine State for new adventures in Texas. She has over 20 years of administration and marketing experience. When not working, Shanda enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters and is always up for a movie night.

Michelle Ames

Franchise Development Specialist

With over two decades of experience in franchise administration, franchise business development, and consulting, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Having also owned her own businesses, including being a franchisee herself, she understands the intricacies of entrepreneurship. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, daughter, and their beloved pets. An avid equestrian, she competes in dressage, showcasing her passion for excellence in all endeavors.

David has spent the majority of his career developing and deploying successful commercial sales and marketing strategies in the hospitality space. He has now turned his passion towards bringing robotics and automation to businesses and organizations across all of Fort Worth and Tarrant County.

Studio Training Manager

Peyton has an M.F.A. in Cinematography and has an extensive background in feature filmmaking, content creation, commercials, and animation. He has created content for a variety of clients ranging from commercial construction to lifestyle brands.

Michael Buikema

Training Manager

Michael served in the Marine Corps from 2003 until 2017 specializing in logistics, training, and operations, Michael is happily married and has a blended family of four beautiful daughters. He is the Training Manager at RobotLAB and will provide training videos for our robots and other various items.

RJ Andersen

Franchise Development Specialist

RJ grew up in the franchise world with his family being a franchisee with a number of regional and national restaurant brands in the DFW area. His experience “sitting on every side of the table” gives him a very unique perspective. He has 15+ years of experience primarily working with emerging franchise brands. He has worked at the unit level operating as a franchisee, as well as on the corporate level for franchisors. RJ has spent the last 7 years in a franchise development role which is his passion and where he finds joy in growing brands and delivering the dream of entrepreneurship. Outside of work, RJ loves spending time with his family, friends, soon to be fiancée, and their 2 dogs. He is also an avid Dallas sports fan, loves to golf, and enjoys traveling all over the world.

Michael Patterson

Business Development Manager

Michael has over a decade of experience in sales, training, and community development. After serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Nicaragua, he worked in project management, recruitment, and fundraising for major nonprofits. In 2021, he transitioned into tech sales and earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington. Outside of helping businesses optimize with automation, Michael enjoys traveling, gardening, and going to the movies with his wife, Kathya, and their two pets.

Outside of work, Ron finds joy in traveling, exploring the outdoors, and cherishing quality moments with his family.

Matt is a happily married dad of three young boys. He loves spending time outside hiking, mountain biking, camping and sitting by a firepit. Devon has over 20 years of experience in Project Management. His journey started as an Army Veteran, then moved into design, sales and project management for large concerts and events, and on to construction project management. His organizational and communication skills keep our client projects moving from our corporate office in Texas to client locations across the globe.

Justin comes from an IT management background and is college educated in computer networking and automotive technology. His passions are motorcycles and his robots. He is also a proud father of two with a third on the way!

Steffani is a native Texan, although she has lived in a couple of other states for a bit but couldn't resist coming back to the great state of Texas! Steffani has worked in both offices and mechanic shops, which has given her a good, rounded work experience, and in her off time she likes to autocross race her Subaru BRZ.

Christian Thrailkill has previous experience in academia, R&D, hospitality, nonprofit, sales, event coordination, and political organizing. When away from the office, Chris sings for acclaimed rock band Low-Key Colors, writes for various publications, participates in local theater, competes in ballroom dance competitions, and slowly works on his doctorate in comic book studies. He lives with his wife, Courtney, his son, Marco, and his cat, Sondheim.

Marcelo was born in Ecuador and has a degree in Electronic Engineering. He has worked with computers and phone repairs for over 10 years. He has worked with large companies, giving them solutions to remotely manage their computers and other electronics using MDM solutions, and Apple cloud-based services for business/education. Marcelo is married with two daughters and in his free time, he enjoys playing video games and listening to music.

Greg has experience in a multitude of industries including but not limited to Oil & Gas, Insurance, Airline, and Restaurant. Most recently, he worked procurement for a large oil and gas service company buying their bulk diesel, oils, chemicals, and lubricants. Greg enjoys traveling, watching movies, sports, and doing things with his lovely dog, Lucy.
