The RobotLAB website is an eCommerce and product recommendation site. By using the RobotLAB website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

CCPA Compliance Statement

To the extent that RobotLAB stores Personal Information subject to the CCPA, RobotLAB will assist customers with their obligation to respond to consumer requests to exercise their rights under the CCPA by securely deleting or destroying Personal Information pertaining to a consumer identified by the customer where such Personal Information is within possession or control of RobotLAB.

RobotLAB will Process Personal Information only on the customer’s behalf, in the context of services provided pursuant to the applicable agreement.

If the services involve processing deidentified and/or aggregated information, RobotLAB will do so only with data that has been properly deidentified or aggregated. RobotLAB will maintain appropriate safeguards to prevent reidentification.

RobotLAB maintains a written comprehensive data security program and appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access or loss. Persons authorized to access such data are bound by confidentiality obligations.

RobotLAB will notify customers without undue delay if it learns of unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure, or loss of Personal Information in its possession or control. Regarding VR Expedition 2.0 App

RobotLAB does not track teacher or student devices, app usage, or login information. The VR Expeditions 2.0 app is designed to operate offline in classrooms, without any internet connection, so tracking is not possible.
