How is the estimate calculated?

Three steps, all per site and then multiplied by your site count. Hours: we assume about 6,000 sq ft of manual floor cleaning per labor hour and about 6 minutes of walking per service run, across 365 days. Savings: those hours times your wage rate, times 0.65 — we only count roughly two-thirds of returned time as avoided labor cost, because some of it is redeployed or spent supervising the fleet. Fleet and money: one cleaning robot per 30,000 sq ft a day and one delivery robot per 80 runs a day, priced at today's list price and 36-month lease rate for the two reference robots named under the card. Results are rounded for planning use.

Does this mean reducing headcount?

No. The estimate shows labor hours that a robot fleet may return to the operation. Many teams redeploy those hours to guest service, detail work, coverage, or other tasks that still need people.

What does the purchase figure include?

List price for the suggested robots only, at current catalog pricing. Deployment, training, service plans, software, and any site work are scoped in a site-specific model, as is the exact robot mix — the reference robots are stand-ins for their class, not a recommendation. The calculator is a planning tool, not a quote.

Should I lease or buy?

The card shows both. Net after lease is your estimated monthly savings minus the 36-month lease payment for the suggested fleet — when it is positive, the fleet is cash-positive from the first month with no capital outlay. Payback if purchased is how many months of savings it takes to recover the purchase price. Most operators lease a first fleet and buy once the numbers are proven on their own floor. Terms depend on the fleet, site, and approved financing structure.

What information do you need for a site-specific model?

Bring your approximate floor area, wage rate, daily service volume, operating schedule, floor plan, and the work you want to automate. We will validate the assumptions during a site walkthrough.
