About the book →Month-to-month robot rentals. Fully managed. No commitment. Total support.
Tell us the job — floors to scrub, trays to run, a lobby to greet — and we shortlist the machines that fit your layout, your shifts and your volume.
We deliver it, map your floorplan into the robot, configure the routes it will run, and train the people who will use it every day.
The robot works your real building, on your real shifts, with your real staff. Billed month to month, with full support behind it.
At the end of any month you decide: send it back, keep renting, or convert to a purchase, lease-to-own or RaaS and make it permanent.
You find out what a robot actually does in your building before you commit capital to owning one.
Cover the shift that keeps going unfilled without waiting on a hiring cycle or a capital approval.
The robot is already specified, stocked and supported. Getting it running is a delivery and a setup, not a procurement project.
These are the same machines running in hotels, restaurants, warehouses, hospitals and retail floors nationwide.
RobotLAB engineers install it, map it and train your team — and stay on the hook while you have it.
When it earns its place, roll into a purchase, a lease-to-own or a RaaS subscription. Nothing about renting first closes a door.
| Buy | Try a Robot | |
|---|---|---|
| Upfront cost | High | Low |
| Support | Limited | Premium full coverage |
| Flexibility | Low | Return, swap, or buy |
| Time to deploy | Weeks | Days |
Renting is its own model — it isn’t a lease and it isn’t RaaS. If you already know you want the robot permanently, purchase, lease-to-own and RaaS terms are on the financing page.
We are. RobotLAB is the only robotics provider with nationwide locations. With a RobotLAB in your neighborhood, consumables, training, repairs and upgrades are a short drive away.
You come to us or we come to you. Our team is unmatched in expertise, going through rigorous training and education on every robot in our portfolio.
Rental pricing depends on the model and how long you keep it — ask and we’ll send the numbers for the one you care about.

What operators ask before they put a robot on the schedule.
One month. After that the rental runs month to month — there is no long-term contract to sign before you find out whether the robot works for you, and you decide again at the end of each month.
No. Try a Robot is a paid rental — a monthly rental rate for the robot plus a one-time setup fee. It is not a giveaway and not a free proof-of-concept loan. What paying gets you is a real, fully installed and supported deployment rather than a demo unit, and no obligation to buy at the end of it.
A rental is quoted as a monthly rate per robot plus a one-time setup fee, and the rate varies by model — a handheld scrubber and an industrial ride-on scrubber are not in the same range. Because it depends on the machine and how long you keep it, we quote it rather than publish it. Request pricing and tell us which robot you have in mind.
Delivery to your site, mapping your floorplan into the robot, configuring the routes it runs, hands-on training for your team, and the charging station or workstation where the model needs one. Support runs for the length of the rental — see the service plans.
You call us and we deal with it. Rented robots are covered by the same nationwide service organization that supports purchased fleets, and with RobotLAB locations across the country, parts, repairs and a trained technician are a short drive rather than a freight shipment away.
You choose at the end of any month: send the robot back, keep renting it, or make it yours. Nothing rolls over automatically without you deciding.
Yes — that is how most rentals end. You move onto whichever acquisition model suits your books: an outright purchase, a lease-to-own through our finance partners, or a RaaS subscription. Terms for all three are on the financing page.
Both are monthly and neither needs a capital outlay, but they answer different questions. RaaS is a subscription for running a robot long-term, with service and support bundled into the payment. Renting is how you get a robot working now, with the explicit expectation that you will decide something at the end of it — and RaaS is one of the things you can decide.
The cleaning, delivery, concierge, security and specialty robots listed in the lineup above. If the model you want is in the catalog but not on that list, ask — availability changes.
One month. One robot. No long-term commitment. Tell us the job and we’ll tell you which machine to start with.
