We are delighted to be considered for the 2013 Bammy! Awards. The Bammy! Awards continually recognizes and celebrates outstanding teachers, principals, superintendents, journalists and now, for the first time, will be recognizing educational technology companies.
The inaugural Bammy! Edtech Awards recognizes companies in three categories: the best apps, digital teaching tools, and web resources. A panel comprised of nationally respected educators involved in teaching are responsible for judging the Bammy! EdTech Awards, and will select their winners in the upcoming weeks.
We’d like to take a moment to thank the Bammy! EdTech Awards for their recognition of RobotsLAB and the RobotsLAB BOXas a HOT teaching tool in this year’s awards. The RobotsLAB BOX is a revolutionary teaching-aid demonstrating Algebra I, Algebra II, Physics, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Pre-Calculus’ core concepts using robots. Using the included tablet Teachers can execute over 50 hours of interactive lessons, in-class quizzes and instructional videos, helping students understand why math is relevant to their world. We released the BOX in the spring of this year and are excited to see its adoption throughout the US. We made a product that’s near to our hearts and is unlike anything else in the Educational market; robots are the best engagement tool math classes have ever seen.
With educational technology playing an increasingly important role in the success and college-readiness of our children, we are honored by the acknowledgement of the Bammy! Awards. Candidates for nomination can be found at http://industry.bammyawards.com/index.php/edtech-list
