The Gausium Vacuum 40 is a compact commercial robotic vacuum cleaner engineered for indoor spaces with mixed flooring. Unlike a wet floor scrubber, it is a dry-cleaning machine that combines three jobs in one unit: vacuuming, sweeping, and dust-mopping. It can vacuum and sweep carpet simultaneously, then automatically switch to sweeping and dry-mopping when it crosses onto hard floors. Gausium positions it specifically as an ideal fit for hotels with narrow corridor aisles and carpet-tile flooring, which is exactly the layout where most robotic scrubbers struggle.
Cleaning power comes from a 24 kPa suction motor paired with an anti-static, high-elasticity roller brush that reaches deep into carpet fibers without damaging them, plus three carpet modes (light, medium, deep) to match different pile heights. A medical-grade H13 HEPA filter captures fine dust, allergens, and pathogens as it works, and an optional multi-purpose diffuser kit can add air purification, humidification, or aroma diffusion to the cleaning pass. Navigation is handled by LiDAR, a 3D depth camera, and an RGB camera with SLAM-based real-time mapping, so the robot identifies floor types on its own, switches modes accordingly, and reroutes around people and obstacles.
RobotLAB sells, leases, RaaS-subscribes, deploys, trains staff on, and services the Vacuum 40 nationwide. With a 60 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery delivering up to 3 hours of vacuuming (or up to 18 hours in dust-mopping mode), a 12 L (3 gal) dust bag, and an optional self-charging dock, it is built for unattended overnight and back-of-house cleaning routines in hospitality, offices, retail, healthcare, and education.
