Site survey
Before we recommend a single robot, our team walks your floor. We measure doorways, ramps, elevator widths, floor surfaces, Wi-Fi coverage, and traffic patterns — then map the no-go zones, charging points, and the routes a robot can actually run. You get a deployment-ready assessment grounded in your real site, not a guess from a spec sheet.
Workflow mapping
We sit with your team to understand how the work happens today — who does what, when, and where the bottlenecks are. Then we design exactly where a robot fits: which tasks it takes over, how it hands off to staff, and what changes on day one. The robot earns its keep because it's mapped into your operation, not bolted on top of it.
Deployment & installation
Our technicians deliver, assemble, network, and commission every robot on-site. Our certified in-house repair lab diagnoses and fixes units fast, backed by stocked spare parts and loaner options so your operation keeps moving while a unit is serviced. Most issues are resolved remotely or in a single visit.
Consumables
Brushes, pads, filters, squeegees, batteries, trays — every wear-part your robots depend on, kept in stock and shipped before you run out. We track usage across your fleet and can set up automatic replenishment, so a worn pad never turns into a missed clean and a flat battery never turns into a stopped delivery.
