Error 713: I can’t move anymore. I detected an error on n of my vital devices: [list n devices].

In almost every case this error means your robot will need to come in for repair.

I very few cases, the problem can be fixed by rebooting or by performing a “soft flash”. To perform a soft flash on a NAO, with the robot off, hold down the chest button for at least 7 seconds until the chest light turns on, then release the chest button. The chest button should be flashing rapidly blue. To perform a soft flash on a Pepper, with the robot off, hold down the chest button for at least 7 seconds until the shoulder LEDs turn on, then release the chest button. The shoulders should be flashing rapidly blue.

If the soft flash does not solve the problem, write down the number of devices and what they are and Contact Support with that information (you could also send us a video of the error message).
