Nick has over 20 years of experience in restaurant and retail operations, including the support and growth of company and franchise operated locations. He is dedicated to building a world class organization through brand awareness, operational excellence, efficient communication, and profitable growth. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling the country and visiting National Parks.

Peyton Paulette

Digital Content Manager

Peyton has an M.F.A. in Cinematography and has an extensive background in feature filmmaking, content creation, commercials, and animation. He has created content for a variety of clients ranging from commercial construction to lifestyle brands.

Michael Buikema

Training Manager

Michael served in the Marine Corps from 2003 until 2017 specializing in logistics, training, and operations, Michael is happily married and has a blended family of four beautiful daughters. He is the Training Manager at RobotLAB and will provide training videos for our robots and other various items.

Chelsea Schmidt

Corporate Event Planner

Chelsea is a dedicated hospitality management and planning professional with over 15 years of experience creating memorable events. Seamlessly blending innovation and organization to drive engagement, she focuses on planning and executing events that showcase RobotLAB’s cutting-edge technology while fostering meaningful connections within the industry. Outside of work Chelsea enjoys performing in community theatre, traveling, and spending intentional time with family and friends.

Amy covers/assists K-12 schools and individuals with a passion for robotics, STEAM, and technology. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her son, friends, family, and dog.

Vanessa is a Robotics engineer in love with technology business development, involving the education and corporate sectors throughout the Latin American region. Vanessa is proactive and with a great sense of teamwork, focused on results and with a strong interest in constructive leadership. She has a great interest in constant learning, complementing her engineering profile with management and project development skills focused on the new technologies sector.

Ron McCall

Ron, who hails from Ogden, Utah, relocated to the Dallas-Fort Worth area six years ago after living in NYC for fifteen years. With over two years of experience in the robotics field and more than 20 years of sales expertise, he is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to his customers. Outside of work, Ron finds joy in traveling, exploring the outdoors, and cherishing quality moments with his family.

Matt Lopez

B2B Sales Manager - Restaurants & Entertainment

Matt is a happily married dad of three young boys. He loves spending time outside hiking, mountain biking, camping and sitting by a firepit. He loves to travel and see new places as he feels there is much to learn from experiencing other cultures. The world is a big place and he doesn't want to live in a bubble!

Clayton Utter

Sales Development Representative

Clayton partners closely with our sales managers and franchisees, coordinating appointments and driving consistent outreach to prospective clients. He brings many years of sales experience to the team and recently relocated from Santa Rosa, California to the DFW area. Outside of work, he enjoys going to the gym, watching sports, and spending time with his dog, Rocky.

Mckiel Robinson

Sales Development Representative

Mckiel brings over a decade of sales experience to the RobotLAB team. As a Sales Development Representative, his mission is to drive revenue and educate clients on our robotic solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring nature with his wife and daughter.

Anna Sandler

CTO

Anna led development for the Israeli Ministry of Education, creating EdTech programs used by schools countrywide. She has been developing RobotLAB's groundbreaking programs that got tremendous recognition from the educational technology community.

Juan Davila

Software Developer

Juan is a recent graduate from Ecuador with a degree in Computer Science. During his academic journey he participated in various projects that allowed him to develop key skills such as teamwork, creative problem solving, and critical thinking. He has experience in web development, application design, banking software, and machine learning.

Mitchell Bergman

Solutions Engineer

Mitchell is part of RobotLAB’s R&D team and holds a BS in Computer Engineering from San Francisco State University with a focus on embedded systems. With over three years of experience, he specializes in robotics and AI integrations across platforms such as humanoids, drones, autonomous vehicles, robotic arms, VR, and quadrupeds, and brings extensive customer training expertise.

Jack Hansen

Lead Marketing Manager

Jack holds a degree in Digital Marketing from Utah Valley University and relocated to Texas with his wife in 2021. He currently leads email marketing, paid media strategy, and overall marketing operations at RobotLAB, driving performance across multiple channels. Jack is also pursuing his Master of Business Administration to further strengthen his leadership and analytical skills. Outside of his professional and academic pursuits, he enjoys fitness, film, reading, and spending quality time with his two children.

Megan Caperton

Website Optimization & Growth Manager

With 10 years of experience building, maintaining, and optimizing websites, Megan blends technical web expertise with a sharp focus on growth. Over the years, she has developed a deep passion for SEO, conversion rate optimization, UX, and data analysis, helping turn website traffic into measurable results. Megan brings a user-first mindset and an experimentation-driven approach to every project.

Paul Knaack

Since 1991, Paul has been working with and managing after-school clubs and youth summer camps and brings his experience to the educational technology community. He also has a unique background from working in the Entertainment industry (Special Effects and Stunts) giving him special “MacGyver” skills to problem solve and create interesting solutions to support problems and projects.

Bryan has spent his career teaching STEM and cares deeply about supporting teachers. Now he is helping RobotLAB advance STEM education. A polymath, he enjoys learning new things and gaining new skills.

Devon Priscilla

Project Manager

Devon has over 20 years of experience in Project Management. His journey started as an Army Veteran, then moved into design, sales and project management for large concerts and events, and on to construction project management. His organizational and communication skills keep our client projects moving from our corporate office in Texas to client locations across the globe.

Justin Bryson

Senior Implementation Manager

Justin comes from an IT management background and is college educated in computer networking and automotive technology. His passions are motorcycles and his robots. He is also a proud father of two with a third on the way!

Brent helps RobotLAB set up products before shipping them to the customer ensuring they have all the necessary equipment. Brent likes video games and bubble tea!

Aaron is an Implementation Manager at RobotLAB with a diverse background spanning multiple industries, including oil and gas. A former Navy veteran and experienced heavy equipment mechanic, Aaron brings hands-on expertise and discipline to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, watching sports, and spending quality time with his wife and children.

Chris Thrailkill

Client Success Account Manager

Christian Thrailkill has previous experience in academia, R&D, hospitality, nonprofit, sales, event coordination, and political organizing. When away from the office, Chris sings for acclaimed rock band Low-Key Colors, writes for various publications, participates in local theater, competes in ballroom dance competitions, and slowly works on his doctorate in comic book studies. He lives with his wife, Courtney, his son, Marco, and his cat, Sondheim.

Marcelo Vallejo

Robotics Repair Assistant

Marcelo was born in Ecuador and has a degree in Electronic Engineering. He has worked with computers and phone repairs for over 10 years. He has worked with large companies, giving them solutions to remotely manage their computers and other electronics using MDM solutions, and Apple cloud-based services for business/education. Marcelo is married with two daughters and in his free time, he enjoys playing video games and listening to music.

Erin coordinates shipments, works with purchasing, and helps with registration paperwork. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, hiking, and playing with her three cats.

Priscilla has years of experience working with multiple international companies in sales, operations, finance, and logistics. She implements processes and procedures, develops strategies to increase productivity, and assists with the company's growth.

Sherry is responsible for providing human resource guidance and leadership. With over 10 years of experience, she brings added value to the team. When she is not busy creating with yarn, she is hanging out with her husband and son to travel and see the world.

Mandy Smalling

Executive Assistant

With over ten years of experience in executive support and planning, and known as Elad’s extra hands and feet, Mandy assists our CEO in projects, processes, and people. Before joining us, she supported C-suite executives in hospitality and led and organized city-wide conferences in Texas and the Pacific Northwest. A multi-tasking mama that loves to be outdoors with her son and two dogs.

Dan Werino

Financial Operations Controller

Dan has nearly a decade of operations and management experience. He helps RobotLAB identify and solve any financial issues and to ensure accurate financial statements and proper historical data documentation. When he's not crunching numbers, you can catch him trying to find the next mouth-watering restaurant, spending time with his dog at the park, or curled up with the cat watching the latest Marvel movie.

Greg Logwinuk

Procurement Manager

Greg has experience in a multitude of industries including but not limited to Oil & Gas, Insurance, Airline, and Restaurant. Most recently, he worked procurement for a large oil and gas service company buying their bulk diesel, oils, chemicals, and lubricants. Greg enjoys traveling, watching movies, sports, and doing things with his lovely dog, Lucy.

Chris Medina

Operations Assistant

Part of the operations team, Chris manages the setup, packing, and shipping of VR orders and other various Education/B2A projects and solutions, as well as assists with the packing, shipping, and quality checking of various robots to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. Outside of work, Chris enjoys participating in community theater both behind the scenes on the production team and on stage as a cast member as well as traveling, gaming, reading, and painting miniatures for his next Warhammer or Dungeons & Dragons campaign.

Joseph Vondra

Warehouse Specialist

Joseph is the Warehouse Specialist on the Operations team, responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of all products before shipment. He assists with conducting quality checks on each robot to ensure they are fully functional and ready for delivery. Additionally, Joseph contributes to the packaging process, ensuring that all robots are securely wrapped and prepared for safe shipment. Outside of his role, Joseph is an actor who pursues both theatre and theatrical productions and is passionate about the creative art and craft on the stage.

Esperanza Mendez

Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Esperanza has worked in various fields including Recruiting, Customer Service, Logistics, & Finance. She is committed to continuous learning. Outside of daily obligations she enjoys being with family, baking, and endorphin chasing.
